Program List definition

Program List means a list of Regionally Significant and Non-Regionally Significant projects corresponding with specific initiatives or CDOT programs for funding transportation. For example, a list of projects has been identified to utilize funding legislated through Senate Bills 18-001 and 19-267. This program list is called the SB1/SB267 List.

If any provisions of the Program Details conflict with this Agreement, then the Program Details will control.

  • DQ List has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.04(e)(iv).
