Program Option definition

Program Option has the meaning set forth in Section 11.1(a) of the Amended and Restated Research and Development Agreement.
Program Option shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.1.1.
Program Option has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • The special membership provisions shall not apply to program participants in the Full Program Option.

  • GSK will have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
