Program Plan and Budget definition

Program Plan and Budget shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.4.1 hereof.
Program Plan and Budget means the overall plan and budget described in Section 3.3 governing the collaborative research and development of Products and commercialization of Products for the Initial Indications, as may be amended from time to time by the JMC.

Examples of Program Plan and Budget in a sentence

  • Beginning in 1995, by August 1 of each year during the Early Stage Development Program, Introgen shall submit to the Development Committee a proposed Program Plan and Budget for the Early Stage Development Program for the following calendar year.

  • The Program Plan and Budget shall specify the research objectives and work plan activities of the Early Stage Development Program research of both parties, and the headcounts and other costs and expenses of Introgen, including consultants and third party contractors, in connection with the Early Stage Development Program.

  • The Development Committee shall review the Program Plan and Budget on an ongoing basis and may make changes to the Program Plan and Budget then in effect; provided, however, the Program Plan and Budget in effect for a year shall not be modified except as approved by the Development Committee.

  • At its meetings, the Development Committee will (i) formulate and review the Early Stage Development Program objectives, (ii) monitor the progress of the Early Stage Development Program toward those objectives, (iii) review and approve the Program Plan and Budget, and Product Plans and Budgets, pursuant to Section 3.4 of this Agreement, and (iv) monitor the progress of both Early Stage Development and Later Stage Clinical Development.

  • On or before October 15, 1994, and the first day of each subsequent calendar quarter during the Term of the Early Stage Development Program, RPRP shall pay to Introgen the amount of the approved forecasted amount; provided that if for any reason the Development Committee does not approve a forecasted amount prior to the due date, RPRP shall pay to Introgen the amount budgeted for the quarter in the Program Plan and Budget them in effect.

  • Introgen will be responsible for conducting, directly or through third parties, all development of each new project and each Collaboration Product in North America through the completion of Early Stage Development in accordance with the Program Plan and Budget in effect from time to time.

  • Promptly following the Effective Date, and prior to the beginning of each calendar quarter during the Term of the Early Stage Development Program, the Development Committee shall approve a spending forecast for the next quarter, consistent with the Program Plan and Budget then in effect.

  • The Development Committee shall review such proposal as soon as possible and shall establish and approve no later than October 31 of such year the final Program Plan and Budget for the next succeeding year.

  • Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, Introgen shall not be obligated to incur nor shall RPRP be obligated to pay Early Stage Development Program Costs in connection with the Early Stage Development Program beyond amounts provided for in the approved Program Plan and Budget.

  • Neither Introgen nor RPRP makes any representation or warranty or guaranty that the Program Plan and Budget will be sufficient for the successful completion of the Early Stage Development Program.

Related to Program Plan and Budget

  • Annual Work Plan and Budget means the work plan and budget referred to in Section I.D of Schedule 2 to this Agreement

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Development Budget means the cost categories listed on Pages 8 - 11 in Form 3 that are directly related to the proposed Project as submitted in the Application. Indirect or off-site costs not directly related to the development of the project are not valid or eligible costs.

  • Program Plan means the tobacco settlement program plan dated February 14, 2001, including exhibits to the program plan, submitted by the authority to the legislative council and the executive council, to provide the state with a secure and stable source of funding for the purposes designated by section 12E.3A and other provisions of this chapter.

  • Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Development Plans means a coherent set of operations defined and financed exclusively by the OCTs in the framework of their own policies and strategies of development, and those agreed upon between an OCT and the Member State to which it is linked;

  • Commercialization Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Work Plan means a plan that describes each individual activity to be conducted to complete eligible activities and the associated costs of each individual activity.

  • Development Activities means those Development activities undertaken by or on behalf of a Party or its Affiliates with respect to the Product in the Field.

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.

  • Budget means a resource, expressed in financial terms, proposed by the Board for the purpose of carrying out, for a specific period, any or all of the functions of the Trust.

  • Development Project means a project for the development of land within a

  • Redevelopment Plan means the “Lincoln Center Redevelopment Plan” passed, adopted and approved by the City pursuant to the Resolution, and shall include any amendment of said Redevelopment Plan heretofore or hereafter made by the City pursuant to law.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by WTL, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by WTL. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Development Work means all work and services necessary or desirable in connection

  • Project area budget means a multiyear projection of annual or cumulative

  • Development Report means a written account of Licensee’s progress under the Development Plan having at least the information specified on Appendix B to this Agreement, and shall be sent to the address specified on Appendix B.

  • Marketing Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(a).

  • Initial Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b).

  • Research Program has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Timeline means the list of critical dates and actions included in the Introductory Materials.

  • Commercialization Costs means the out-of-pocket costs and expenses incurred by Adapt or its Affiliates directly attributable to, or reasonably allocable to, the Commercialization of a Product. Commercialization Costs for a Product shall include, preparation of promotional, advertising, communication, medical, and educational materials relating to the Product and other Product literature and selling materials, activities directed to marketing of the Product, including purchase of market data, development and conduct of market research, advertising, public relations, public affairs and other communications with Third Parties regarding the Product; development and conduct of sales force training (including materials, programs and travel to and attendance at training programs) for medical representatives responsible for promoting the Product; and development and maintenance of sales bulletins, call reporting and other monitoring/tracking, sales force targeting, validation and alignment programs and documentation.
