Fujifilm shall issue invoices for the sums set out in the Program Price and Payment Schedule set forth in each Scope of Work and Clauses 3.4, 3.5, 3.6, and 3.6 as such sums fall due and aTyr shall pay Fujifilm’s invoice(s) within [***] calendar days of the date of the relevant invoice unless aTyr in good faith disputes the amounts due under such invoice, in which case such the disputed portion of the invoice shall not be due until [***] days after resolution of such dispute.
