Program Privacy Notice definition

Program Privacy Notice means the disclosure to be provided by Bank to Cardholders of Bank’s privacy policies and practices in connection with the Program, as required by Section 503 of the Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act and other provisions of Applicable Law, the initial form of which is attached hereto as Schedule 6.2(b) hereto.
Program Privacy Notice means the privacy notice to be provided by or on behalf of Bank to Cardholders in connection with the Program, the initial form of which is attached hereto as Schedule 6.2(b), as such privacy notice may be amended from time to time by mutual agreement of the parties, subject to Section 4.8.
