Program Rules definition

Program Rules means the various written criteria, requirement, rules, and policies adopted from time to time by the Trustees as the State’s Qualified Allocation Plan to administer the Credit Program and to provide for Allocations. The Program Rules must be followed by any participant in the Program. The Program Rules may include requirements that are more stringent than those under Code Section 42.
Program Rules means the operational rules and expectations that providers establish to promote the general safety and well-being of all individuals in the program and to set standards for how individuals will interact with one another in the program. Program rules include any expectation that produces a consequence for the individual within the program. Program rules may be included in a handbook or policies and shall be available to the individual.
Program Rules shall include, but are not limited to, the Act, all correspondence, the Common Manual - Unified Student Loan Policy, NSLP Operations Alerts and NSLP correspondent materials. All such Program Rules, as amended from time to time, are specifically incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement.
