From June 1958 until June 1986, Mr. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇d various engineering and management positions in the oil and gas industry and, for six years before October 1991, was a Senior Vice President in the Corporate Finance Department of Dean ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇. in Dallas, Texas. His industry experience includes 12 years of senior management experience in the positions of President, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Officer and Executive Vice President of May Petroleum Inc. Mr. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ also a former director of MBank Dallas, the Dallas Petroleum Club and Lear ▇▇▇roleum Corporation.

a. Consultation, and services as liaison for School with the Charter Authorizer, and other governmental offices and agencies;

g. Assist School in identifying and applying for grants and other funding opportunities;
h. Assist with the administration of federal entitlement programs (e.g., Title I, I.D.E.A.);
i. Arrange contracts with school districts, education services centers, and professional service providers for special education, testing and other support services on School’s behalf;
j. Provision of such other administrative and consulting services as agreed in writing by the Parties from time to time.
k. Provision of regulatory compliance services, including responses to audits.
Business Administration. Administration of all business aspects and day-to-day management of the Academy. These services shall include, but not be limited to:
(A) Consulting and liaison services with the Sponsor, the Ohio Department of Education, and other governmental offices and agencies;
(B) Management services regarding special education, English Language Learning and Section 504 programs, processes, related services and reimbursements;
(C) Development, drafting and maintenance of forms, operations manuals, handbooks, guides, and policies and procedures, as necessary;
(D) Consultation, monitoring, and oversight of Education Management Information System (EMIS) and other state reporting systems;
(E) Assistance to the Academy in applying for grants; and
(F) Other reasonable administrative and consulting services as requested and mutually agreed upon by K12 and the Governing Authority;

k. Provision of such other administrative and consulting services as agreed in writing by the parties from time to time.
Business Administration. Frederick Community College maintains an articulation agreement with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ University for graduates of the Business Administration program at FCC transferring to the Business Administration program at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ University. A maximum of 70 credit hours from FCC will be allowed toward the fulfillment of the 120 credit corresponding program. Only course with a "C" or better are eligible to transfer.
