Prohibited Discharge definition

Prohibited Discharge means a discharge into State waters of—

Prohibited Discharge means the discharge or spillage of sewage from a portable sanitation unit in violation of law and that constitutes a public health nuisance.

Prohibited Discharge means absolute prohibitions against the discharge of certain substances; these prohibitions appear in Sections 5.9 and 5.10 of this Article.

Prohibited Discharge means “Prohibited Discharge” as described in SMC Section 22.802.020.
