Prohibited Discharge means a discharge into State waters of—
Prohibited Discharge means the discharge or spillage of sewage from a portable sanitation unit in violation of law and that constitutes a public health nuisance.

More Definitions of Prohibited Discharge

Prohibited Discharge means absolute prohibitions against the discharge of certain substances; these prohibitions appear in Sections 5.9 and 5.10 of this Article.

Prohibited Discharge means the Discharge to the POTW (i) containing Extra Strength Wastes that limit the ability of the Authority to meet the permitted discharge limits set by its NPDES permit and other Legal Requirements; (ii) containing any of the pollutants, substances or materials which are prohibited as described in these Rules and Regulations; and/or (iii) that otherwise limits the ability of the Authority to meet the permitted discharge limits set by its NPDES permit and other Legal Requirements.
Prohibited Discharge means any polluted discharge or any discharge to the county’s stormwater system that is not composed entirely of stormwater, except discharges pursuant to a NPDES permit, discharges resulting from emergency fire fighting activities and discharges further exempted at Section 11A-5(b)(2).
