Project Design Book definition

Project Design Book means a detailed description of the design of the Facility to be prepared by Contractor, which shall initially consist of Appendix A hereto and, subject to Owner's reasonable approval in accordance with the approval rights set forth in Appendix P hereto, shall be updated by Contractor to reflect Scope Changes relating to the design of the Facility during the term of this Agreement.
Project Design Book means the compilation, in electronic format, of documents, drawings, GPS coordinates, route maps, access routes and associated contact information, and information that reflects the final specifications and design of the Project, including “as built” design, engineering and construction documents, required to be delivered by any Contractor in accordance with the provisions of the applicable Construction Agreement.
Project Design Book means a detailed description of the design of the Facility to be prepared by Contractor, which shall initially consist of Appendix A hereto and, subject to the approval of Owner (and, after the Financial Closing Date, the Independent Engineer) with respect to any material change, refinement or detailing (PROVIDED, however, that in determining whether the change, refinement or detailing is "material" and therefore requires such approval, such determination shall be consistent with the types of documents, changes, etc. for which Owner's approval expressly is or is not required pursuant to Appendix P hereto), such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed, shall be updated by Contractor to reflect any Scope Changes relating to the design of the Facility and any material refinement or detailing thereof in connection with the further development and completion of the engineering and design of the Facility in a manner consistent with Appendix A hereto and the other standards of performance required hereunder.

  • In accordance with and subject to the terms of Article 18 hereof, Contractor shall submit to Owner (and, at Owner's request, the Independent Engineer) the specifications, data sheets, plans and drawings, and other information and documents required to be submitted to Owner pursuant to Appendix P hereto (together with the Project Design Book such documents are collectively referred to herein as the "DESIGN DOCUMENTS").

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by WTL, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalised Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by WTL. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Project Scope means the description or activity of work to be accomplished on the project.

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Design-bid-build means a project delivery method in which:

  • Design-build entity means a corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, or other legal entity that is able to provide appropriately licensed contracting, architectural, and engineering services as needed pursuant to a design-build contract.

  • Design Development Documents means the Drawings, Specifications and other documents prepared by the Trade Contractor that establish and describe the size and character of the Trade Contractor Work as to architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, graphics and signage, and other elements, and which include typical construction details, equipment layouts and specifications that identify major materials and systems.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Design flow means the average annual flow or average daily flow specified in an approved facilities plan or approved plans and specifications, the flow specified in a WPDES permit, or the flow required to meet performance standards.

  • Project Water means water made available for delivery to the contractors by project conservation facilities and the transportation facilities included in the System.
