Access Routes definition

Access Routes shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to the Facility Site Lease.
Access Routes means all routes, easements and other rights to access which are necessary or expedient to gain and maintain access to the Development Project sites and facilities;
Access Routes means the easement or easements created or to be created as contemplated by the Access Routes ILUA Transaction (as such easements may be altered from time to time).

  • Minor deviations in Access Routes and Construction Project Boundaries may be allowed if approved in advance by the Owner based on unexpected site conditions during construction.

Access Routes means [to be defined].
