Access Routes definition

Access Routes shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to the Facility Site Lease.
Access Routes means all routes, easements and other rights to access which are necessary or expedient to gain and maintain access to the Development Project sites and facilities;

  • We shall provide a non- exclusive list of hazards on the Authorised Access Routes and Stacking Sites from which risks may arise and these shall be shown on the location site.

  • We shall in accordance with Condition 13.2, estimate the potential frequency of incursions to the Authorised Access Routes and Stacking Sites by the general public and this shall be indicated in the Lot Information and Conditions.

  • Any such additional Access Routes or Stacking Sites will then form part of the Work Site(s) for the purposes of this Agreement.

  • Any hazards affecting Specified Access Routes should also be identified in the Site Hazard Map.

  • The Purchaser also agrees to indemnify the Vendor against all loss or damage to the said paths or Specified Access Routes arising from a breach of this Agreement.

  • Access: Routes of ingress and egress on the grounds and within the Facility to the location of the Work shall be over routes as indicated on the drawings and as directed by the CONSTRUCTION MANAGER.

  • The Purchaser is also responsible for assessing, in writing, any and all risks identified by the Vendor in the Site Hazard Map and/or arising on the Specified Access Routes and must satisfy himself with the load carrying capacity of all routes including any bridges and culverts on or relevant to the Work Site(s).

  • The Commission shall in accordance with Clause 13.2, estimate the potential frequency of incursions to the Authorised Access Routes and Work Site by the general public and this shall be indicated in Part III of the Schedule.


More Definitions of Access Routes

Access Routes means the access required to be provided under section 4.02 and includes any other access required by government agencies having jurisdiction; “Appraised Market Value” in reference to a Recreation Improvement, the Gondola Base or the North Side Base, means the appraised market value of it determined under section 13.05 or by arbitration under Article XIX;
Access Routes means the easement or easements created or to be created as contemplated by the Access Routes ILUA Transaction (as such easements may be altered from time to time).
Access Routes means the access to be provided in the Controlled Recreation Area and the Private Land as are required or contemplated by this Agreement;
Access Routes means the routes to the Accommodation mentioned in clause 5.5 below;
Access Routes means the ways of accessing the Car Space, the Car Park, the Church Building and the Church Garden.

Related to Access Routes

  • Access Road means Kuchha road connecting excavating pit to mine approach road.

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • Routes means that part of the Network specified in Schedule 2; "safety authorisation" has the meaning ascribed to it by regulation 2 of the Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) Regulations 2006; "safety certificate" has the meaning ascribed to it by regulation 2 of the Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) Regulations 2006;

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • Facility Site shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to the Facility Site Lease.
