Project District definition

Project District means any of the Project Districts.

Project District means a district of the State that has been selected by the State (through RWSSD) to benefit from the Project in accordance with identified selection and eligibility criteria set forth in the Project Implementation Plan.

Project District means any of the following district of Khatlon oblast of the Recipient: Bokhtar, Farkhor, Kabadiyan, Kumsangir, Shakhrituz, Vakhsh and Vosse, and “Project Districts” means all of these districts collectively.

Examples of Project District in a sentence

• In the event that sufficient funds are not appropriated to complete the Project or the District determines that sufficient funds are not available to complete the Project, District may terminate or suspend the completion of the Project at any time by giving written notice to the Contractor.

• After Completion of the Project, District shall name Contractor as an additional insured on this policy.

• Prior to the Completion of the Project, District, and its agents and consultants, shall have the right to enter upon the Site at all times provided that they shall comply with all reasonable safety precautions required by the Contractor.

• Following the Completion of the Project, District shall thereafter have the right at all times to enter upon the Site.

• Following District’s inspection of the Project in accordance with Sections 3.1 and 3.2, provided District accepts Final Completion of the Project, District shall deliver to Declarant a certificate (“Certificate of Final Completion”) confirming Declarant’s Final Completion of the Project.

More Definitions of Project District

Project District means collectively, those Districts within the Project Provinces which have within their respective jurisdiction one or more Project Communes; and “Project District” means any of the Project Districts.

Project District means any of the Borrower’s judicial districts of Cono Norte, Cuzco, Junín and Lima, and any other district proposed by the Judiciary (during the implementation of the Project) and approved by the Bank to participate in the Project, pursuant to eligibility criteria detailed in the Operational Manual;

Project District means each of the following districts in Rajasthan: Alwar, Bhilwara, Sriganganagar, Jhalwar, Kota, Nagaur, Sikar, Sirohi, Tonk and Jhunjhunu;

Project District means each of the following districts in Rajasthan, in which the Project will be implemented: Bharatpur, Bundi, Churu, Dausa, Dholpur, Hanumangarh, Jaipur, Karauli and Sawaimadhopur or any successor thereto;
