  • Subject to a project meeting the requirements set out in section C1.1 (Eligible Project Eligibility Requirements) and any applicable terms and conditions of the Agreement, and being one of the types listed under section C1.2 (Eligible Cycling Infrastructure Project Types), a project listed in Sub-schedule “C.1” (Eligible Projects List) is considered an Eligible Project.

  • Subcontractor shall qualify, based on SfA Program eligibility criteria in this Attachment B, each Project and sign a statement using a form provided by the DCSEU representing that each Project installed under this Subcontract meets the Project Eligibility Requirements set forth above.

  • Mandatory City Requirements means those City laws set forth in the San Francisco Municipal Code, including the duly authorized rules, regulations, and guidelines implementing such laws that impose specific duties and obligations upon Contractor.
