Project End Dates definition

Project End Dates means the dates established by the Parties in the Site Management Plan for the completion of major portions of the cleanup or completion of the cleanup of the facility. The Parties recognize that, in many cases, a higher degree of flexibility is appropriate with Project End Dates due to uncertainties associated with establishing such dates.
