Project Executive Committee definition

Project Executive Committee or "PEC" means the committee established by the Parties pursuant to Section 2.3 to oversee the work to be conducted under this Agreement.
Project Executive Committee means the executive committee established by DoHFW via its order no. W.11024/1/19-HFW(PP)/Wed(NOTIFICACTION) dated September 16, 2020.

More Definitions of Project Executive Committee

Project Executive Committee means the Project Executive Committee for the Project established by the Parties in accordance with Section F of the Description of Work.
Project Executive Committee means the Project Executive Committee established pursuant to the provisions of the Preceding Loan Agreement and "Executive Advisory Committee" means the Project Executive Committee, as so defined and as restructured pursuant to Section 3.04 of this Agreement;

Related to Project Executive Committee

  • Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.

  • Executive Team means certain senior executives, including members of management covered by Rule 16(b) under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, designated by the Committee as the key executive management of the Company, CVI and CSI.

  • Coordinating Committee means the committee designated and elected as provided in section 16d in connection with a township consolidation.

  • OPSI Advisory Committee means the committee established under Tariff, Attachment M, section III.G.

  • Screening Committee means the State level Screening Committee constituted in terms of sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of these rules.

  • Peer review committee means one or more persons acting in a peer review capacity who also serve as an officer, director, trustee, agent, or member of any of the following:
