Project Facility Site definition

Project Facility Site means each parcel of real property owned in fee by the Borrower described on Schedule I of the Deed of Trust and all Appurtenant Rights attached thereto, which shall include the Easement Properties.

Examples of Project Facility Site in a sentence

  • Final executed versions of the Survey for the Project Facility Site reflecting the “as-built” condition of the Project, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to each Lender and satisfactory to the Title Insurance Company, dated no earlier than thirty (30) days prior to the Conversion Date and showing no encroachment or encumbrance other than those consented to in writing by the Lenders and showing compliance with all setback requirements.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, in connection with the initial Bond to be issued at closing of the Bond issue and the delivery of the Lease, the Lessee shall convey the Project Facility Site and the improvements to the Project Facility Site, as such improvements then exist, to the Issuer by Warranty Deed in return for the initial Bond in the amount of $34,554,100.

  • The Lessee and the Grantor shall take or cause to be taken such action, if any, as may be necessary to perfect the security interest of the Grantee with respect to any substituted property placed in the Project Improvements or upon the Project Facility Site pursuant to this Section.

Related to Project Facility Site

  • Project Facility means facility being one or more of the following facilities as specified in the Special Conditions of Contract, being developed in accordance with the Project and the Detailed Project Implementation Report and includes all its buildings, equipment, facilities, software and systems and includes without limitation, where the circumstances so require, any expansion thereof from time to time and may include any new location to be separately mentioned in the Special Conditions of Contract.

  • Project Facilities means all the amenities and facilities situated on the Site, as described in Schedule-C;

  • Facility Site means the site described in Schedule B. “FERC” means the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • Project Water means water made available for delivery to the contractors by project conservation facilities and the transportation facilities included in the System.

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.

  • Port facilities means those facilities owned by the port authority such as: seawall jetties; piers; wharves; docks; boat landings; marinas; warehouses; storehouses; elevators; grain bins; cold storage plants; terminal icing plants; bunkers; oil tanks; ferries; canals; locks; bridges; tunnels; seaways; conveyors; modern appliances for the economical handling, storage, and transportation of freight and handling of passenger traffic; transfer and terminal facilities required for the efficient operation and development of ports and harbors; other harbor improvements; or improvements, enlargements, remodeling, or extensions of any of these buildings or structures.

  • Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Common Facilities means the facilities under D.G.sets/D.G.rooms, water storage tanks its pumping and supply system, sewerage & drainage systems, electric sub-station/ transformers/electric panels/distribution network, maintenance service rooms, lawns including lighting & services etc., roads, pathways & driveways including street lighting & services etc., guard posts, fire hydrants & fire fighting system etc. and all such facilities and areas for common use and excluded from the computation of Super Area of the Said Premises;

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;
