Project Licence definition

Project Licence has the meaning given to it in the Contingent Equity Support Agreement;
Project Licence means the project licence granted at Licence Award to the Infrastructure Provider by the Water Services Regulation Authority pursuant to section 17FA of the Water Industry Act 1991 (as inserted and applied by paragraph 3(2) of Schedule 1 of the SIP Regulations);
Project Licence means the project licence granted to the Infrastructure Provider for the Thames Tideway Tunnel Project pursuant to the powers under section 17FA of the Act on 21 August 2015, and that came into effect on 24 August;

More Definitions of Project Licence

Project Licence means a licence granted under section 5 of the Animals (Scientific Procedures) Act 1986;

Related to Project Licence

This may also include any timber that has been independently verified as meeting all the producing country's requirements for a FLEGT licence, where a VPA has been signed but the FLEGT licensing system is not fully operational. Evidence from a country that has not signed up to a VPA which demonstrates that all of the requirements equivalent to FLEGT-licensed timber have been met will also be acceptable. CPET will produce further guidance on FLEGT-licensed or equivalent timber in due course.

  • Supply Licence means the licence granted to us under section 6(1)(d) of the Act;
