Project Services Agreement definition

Project Services Agreement has the meaning given to it in Section 2.6(a).

Project Services Agreement means an operating and management agreement or an administrative services agreement entered into by a Project Company which provides for the operations and maintenance and asset management of the Project.

More Definitions of Project Services Agreement

Project Services Agreement means the agreement to be entered into between Exxaro and the South African Acquired Companies in terms of which Exxaro will provide project services to certain projects undertaken by the South African Acquired Companies, after completion of the Transaction.
