Projected Oil Production definition

Projected Oil Production means the projected production of oil or gas (measured by volume unit , not sales price) for the term of the contracts or a particular month, as applicable, from properties and interests owned by any Restricted Person which are located in or offshore of the United States and which have attributable to them Proved Developed Producing Reserves, as such production is projected in the most recent report delivered pursuant to Section 6.2(d) or (e), after deducting projected production from any properties or interests sold or under contract for sale that had been included in such report and after adding projected production from any properties or interests that had not been reflected in such report but that are reflected in a separate or supplemental report meeting the requirements of such Section 6.2(d) or (e) above and otherwise are satisfactory to Administrative Agent.
Projected Oil Production means the projected production of oil (measured by volume unit, not sales price) for the term of the contracts or a particular month, as applicable, from properties and interests owned by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary or by any Included Joint Ventures (to the extent that the properties and interests owned by such Included Joint Ventures are included in the Borrowing Base Properties) for thirty (30) days or more which are located in or offshore of the United States and which have attributable to them proved developed producing oil reserves, as such production is projected in the most recent report delivered pursuant to Section 6.2(d) of this Agreement, after deducting projected production from any properties or interests sold or under contract for sale that had been included in such report and after adding projected production from any properties or interests that had not been reflected in such report but that are reflected in a separate or supplemental reports meeting the requirements of Section 6.2(d) of this Agreement and otherwise are satisfactory to Administrative Agent.
Projected Oil Production means the projected production of oil (measured by volume unit, not sales price) for the term of the contracts from Oil and Gas Properties and interests owned by Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries which have attributable to them Proved Developed Producing Reserves, as such production is projected in the Reserve Report dated October 1, 2023 delivered pursuant to this Agreement, after deducting projected production from any Oil and Gas Properties or Hydrocarbon Interests sold or under contract for sale that had been included in such report and after adding projected production from any Oil and Gas Properties or Hydrocarbon Interests that had not been reflected in such report but that are reflected in a separate or supplemental report meeting the requirements of Section 5.6(b) and otherwise are satisfactory to Collateral Agent.
