Promotional Placement definition

Promotional Placement means a graphical or text link located on the EarthLink Site through which users may directly link to a location on the Co- Branded Site to be determined by E-Stamp (subject to EarthLink's reasonable approval).
Promotional Placement means any banner advertisement, button or other Website-based promotional placement specified on Exhibit B.
Promotional Placement means a branded graphical icon situate on the persistent desk top interface of each PC manufactured by Systemax (the "Desktop Icon"), which icon will contain a direct link to the home page of XXXXxxxXxxxxx.xxx.

Examples of Promotional Placement in a sentence

  • Systemax shall ensure that the link in the Promotional Placement conveys users to the Site, without displaying or performing any other advertisement, promotion or content.

  • In the event such modifications in fact materially and adversely affect any specific Promotion, AOL will work with SmartAge to provide SmartAge, as its sole remedy, a Comparable Promotional Placement.

  • Throughout the term of this Agreement, Systemax will include in the Product a Promotional Placement.

  • Initial Placement shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble hereto.

  • product placement means any form of audiovisual commercial communication consisting of the inclusion of or reference to a product, a service or the trade mark thereof so that it is featured within a programme, in return for payment or for similar consideration;

  • Work place means a place at which, at an average 20 or more workers are employed in connection with construction work.
