Propagation Material means any WA 38 certified budwood (collected from trees certified as G2 or G3) at an NNII Member Nursery which is included in and monitored by the WSDA (Washington State Department of Agriculture) Fruit Tree Certification Program or an equivalent state certification program approved by the WSDA.
