Nomination Deadline as used herein means the date by which a shipper wishing to ship on Carrier’s system must submit a Nomination to Carrier. The Nomination Deadline will occur in the month preceding the month of transportation.

More Definitions of Nomination Deadline
Nomination Deadline means the date on which notices must be delivered to the Company pursuant to the Bylaws with respect to the nomination of candidates for election to the Board at a stockholder meeting.
