Property Lease Agreement definition

Property Lease Agreement means the lease agreement dated 30 November 1999 between Owner and Lessee as amended from time to time.
Property Lease Agreement means the lease to be entered into by and between the Borrower, as lessor, and the Hotel Owner, as lessee, with respect to the Property, which shall be executed substantially in terms of Exhibit “B”, and any other lease which the Borrower may enter into with respect to the Property; which may not be terminated until all amounts due under this Agreement have been paid in full in accordance with this Lease. The parties acknowledge that Bxxxxxxx consents to the execution of the Lease of the Property under the terms hereof for purposes of the Mortgage.
