Property Leases definition

Property Leases has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.7.1.2.

Property Leases means the leases of real property listed in schedule 11;

Property Leases means all property leases executed by the Company or any Related Entity that are effective as of the Effective Date.

• Section 3.18(b) of the Company Disclosure Schedules sets forth a true and complete list of all Real Property Leases for Leased Real Property, including the date and name of the parties to such Real Property Lease document.

• True and complete copies of all such Real Property Leases have been made available to Purchaser (including all amendments, extensions, renewals, guaranties and other agreements with respect thereto).

• Except as would not reasonably be expected to be material to the Company and its Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, the leasehold interests of the Company or its Subsidiaries relating to the Real Property Leases are free and clear of all Liens, other than Permitted Liens and, as of the date hereof, neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries has received any written notice from the other party to any Real Property Lease of the termination or proposed termination thereof.

Property Leases shall have the meaning given such term in the recitals hereto, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to the terms of Paragraph 2 hereof.
