Property Manager Employee definition

Property Manager Employee means any natural person in the regular service of a Property Manager in the ordinary course of such Property Manager’s business, whom such Property Manager governs and directs in the performance of such service, including any part-time, seasonal, leased or temporary employee, or any duly elected or appointed director, officer, member of the board of managers or management committee member while performing Property Management Services within the usual scope of a Property Manager Employee.

  • Property Manager means an entity that has been retained to perform and carry out at one or more of the Properties property-management services, excluding persons, entities or independent contractors retained or hired to perform facility management or other services or tasks at a particular Property, the costs for which are passed through to and ultimately paid by the tenant at such Property.
