Proposed Delivery Schedule definition

Proposed Delivery Schedule has the meaning given in clause 5.1; “Receiving Party” has the meaning given in clause 15.1.2; “Recipient” has the meaning given in clause 5.6; “Regulatory Approval” means all technical, medical and scientific licenses, registrations, authorisations and approvals, supplements and amendments, pre- and post- approvals and labelling approvals issued by any Regulatory Authority, which are necessary or useful for the use, Development, Manufacture, and commercialisation of a pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical product in a country or regulatory jurisdiction, including Emergency Use Authorisations and Marketing Authorisations; “Regulatory Authority” means any Governmental Authority that is concerned with the safety, efficacy, reliability, Manufacture, investigation, sale or marketing of the Product; “Related Persons” means spouses, heirs, children (whether natural or adopted), descendants, successors and assigns, estates, or legal representatives, executors, administrators or any other Person representing the rights of the injured person or any of the foregoing; “Representation” has the meaning given in clause 24.9; “Specification” means the written specifications for the manufacture, processing, packaging, Labelling, testing and testing procedures, shipping, storage and supply of the Product, including characteristics, quality and processing of the Product as set out in organizace, včetně Regulačního orgánu; „Pracovníci“ znamenají zaměstnance, vedoucí pracovníky, zástupce a dodavatele Smluvní strany nebo (pokud to kontext vyžaduje, výše uvedených Přidružených osob Smluvní strany); „Cena“ má význam uvedený v odst. 10.1; „Přípravek“ znamená kombinaci protilátek známou pod názvem AZD7442 nebo Evusheld, která je k Datu účinnosti předmětem klinických zkoušek financovaných společností AstraZeneca a/nebo jejími Přidruženými společnostmi, předkládá se v dokončené podobě s konečným složením a označením, je určena k použití v dané Oblasti a která bude dodávána Kupujícímu podle této Smlouvy o dodávkách v přepočtu na Dávku; „Navrhovaný harmonogram dodávek“ má význam uvedený v odst. 5.1; „Přijímající strana“ má význam uvedený v odst. 15.1.2; „Příjemce“ má význam uvedený v odst. 0; „Regulační schválení“ znamená všechna oprávnění, registrace, povolení a schválení technického, lékařského a vědeckého charakteru, doplnění a úpravy, předběžná a následná schválení, schválení etiket vydaná jakýmkoli Regulačním orgánem, která jsou nezbytná nebo potřebná pro použití, Vývoj, Výrobu a k...
