Proposed Insured definition

Proposed Insured. Each person identified in Schedule A as the Proposed Insured of each Policy to be issued pursuant to this Commitment.
Proposed Insured means an applicant who completes a statement of insurability.
Proposed Insured means the person (or both persons in the case of an application for a survivorship contract) whose life will be insured if the application is approved.

  • Environmental Insurance Policy means, with respect to any Mortgage Loan or the related Mortgaged Property or REO Property, any insurance policy covering pollution conditions and/or other environmental conditions that is maintained from time to time in respect of such Mortgage Loan, Mortgaged Property or REO Property, as the case may be, for the benefit of, among others, the Trustee on behalf of the Certificateholders.

  • Independently procured insurance means insurance procured under Section 31A-15-104.
