Proposed Specifications definition

Proposed Specifications means Specifications and/or any additions and/or modifications to existing Adopted Specifications (but not the underlying Adopted Specifications) recommended for review to the Alliance by the Board of Directors.
Proposed Specifications means proposals of Specifications and/or any additions and/or modifications to existing Adopted Specifications (but not the underlying Adopted Specifications) submitted for review by the Members to the Working Groups or by the Working Groups to the Board of Directors of the Association.
Proposed Specifications means proposals for Specifications and/or additions to and/or modifications of existing Adopted Specifications (but not the underlying Adopted Specifications) submitted for revision by the Members of Working Groups or by the Working Groups to the Board of Directors of the Association.

More Definitions of Proposed Specifications

Proposed Specifications are those specifications that have not yet been formally adopted by the SDA and which remain subject to review and comment by Members during specified periods of time. On the other hand, "Adopted Specifications" are those specifications that have gone through the formal process of being adopted by the SDA as part of the standard. Subject to agreement on certain terms, Adopted Specifications may be licensed for commercial purposes. For purposes of this IP Policy, references to "Specifications" shall mean Proposed Specifications and Adopted Specifications collectively, but excludes third party standards incorporated in whole or in substantial part into Specifications or merely referred to in Specifications.
Proposed Specifications means draft Air Interface Specifications and/or any draft addi- tions and/or modifications to existing Adopted Specifications (but not the underlying Adopted Specifications) recommended for review and adoption to the Alliance by the Board of Directors.
Proposed Specifications means Specifications and/or any additions and/or modifications to existing Adopted Specifications which are proposed by the TCS to become Adopted Specifications and this in accordance with Article 56.1 of the Articles of Association.
Proposed Specifications means Draft Specifications that are approved by the Working Group Leadership Body for consideration by the Alliance Board of Directors.
Proposed Specifications means Draft Specifications that are approved by a Technical Committee for consideration by the Alliance Board of Directors.
Proposed Specifications means the proposed Draft Animal Products (Raw Milk Products Specifications) Notice 2009 (refer Appendix 1).

Related to Proposed Specifications

  • Standard Specifications means a compilation in book form of specifica- tions approved for general application and repetitive use;

  • TENDER SPECIFICATIONS means the Scope of Work, Special Instructions / Conditions, Technical specifications/requirement , Appendices, Site Information and drawings pertaining to the work and any other relevant reference in the Tender Document for which the Bidder are required to submit their offer.

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time. The Contract Specifications appear on the Website.

  • Technical Specifications A specification in a document defining the characteristics of a product or a service, such as the quality levels, the environmental and climate performance levels, the design for all needs, including accessibility for people with disabilities, and the evaluation of conformity, of product performance, of the use of the product, safety or dimensions, as well as requirements applicable to the product as regards the name by which it is sold, terminology, symbols, testing and test methods, packaging, marking or labelling, instructions for use, the production processes and methods at every stage in the life cycle of the supply or service, as well as the evaluation and conformity procedures;

  • TENDER SPECIFICATION means “Specific conditions, technical specifications, appendices, site information and drawing pertaining to the work in which the tenderers are required to submit their offer. Individual specification number will be assigned to each tender specification.

  • technical specification means a document that prescribes technical requirements to be fulfilled by a product, process or service;

  • Specifications means the Specifications of the Works included in the Contract and any modification or addition made or approved by the Project Manager.

  • Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.

The following do not apply to any non-Cloud Oracle service offerings acquired in Your order, such as professional services: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Program Documentation, and the Data Processing Agreement. The following do not apply to any Oracle Software: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Oracle service descriptions, and the Data Processing Agreement.

  • Goods Specification means any specification for the Goods, including any related plans and drawings that is set out in the Purchase Order or otherwise agreed in writing by the Customer and the Supplier;

  • Class specification means a formal written statement of the class which defines the general character and scope of the duties and responsibilities of positions in the class, lists typical or illustrative examples of work of positions in the class, enumerates the knowledges, skills, and abilities required for successful performance of the work and states required minimum experience and training for positions in the class.

  • Service Specification means and include detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as) as applicable and as specified in the Contract as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the work, work performance quality and the specifications affecting the works or any additional specification required to be produced by the DCO to meet the design criteria.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Project Specific IPRs means: (a) IPRs in the Services provided by the Supplier (or by a third party on behalf of the Supplier) specifically for the purposes of the Contract and all updates and amendments of these items created during the Contract Period; and/or (b) IPRs arising as a result of the provision of the Services by the Supplier (or by a third party on behalf of the Supplier) under the Contract, [including the rights in or to any database developed and supplied by the Supplier to the Customer in accordance with the terms of this Contract;

  • Brand Name Specification means a specification limited to one or more items by manufacturers’ names or catalogue number.

  • Swap Specification means, with respect to any Swap, the Rules or other trading protocols containing specifications for such Swap, as adopted, amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time by BSEF.

  • District specification means the specifications followed by the State Govt. in the area where the work is to be executed.

  • Proposed Works means the sewage works described in the Owner's application, this Certificate and in the supporting documentation referred to herein, to the extent approved by this Certificate;
