If a Unit’s Unit NQC is reduced, the Unit’s Unit Quantity and the Contract Quantity shall be reduced by the product of (i) the difference in the Unit NQC as of the Confirmation Effective Date as specified in Appendix A and the current Unit NQC and (ii) the Prorated Percentage of Unit Factor.
