Unit Contract Quantity definition

Unit Contract Quantity means the amount of Product (in MW) to be delivered by Seller to Buyer by each individual Unit, as specified in Appendix A as of the Confirmation Execution Date.
Unit Contract Quantity means the amount of Product (in MW) to be delivered by Seller to Buyer by each individual Unit, as specified in Appendix A as of the Confirmation Effective Date.
Unit Contract Quantity means the amount of Product to be delivered by Seller to Buyer by each individual Unit, equivalent to the Unit NQC multiplied by the Prorated Percentage of Unit Factor as specified in Appendix A and as may be reduced according to Section 3.3(a) and (b) as applicable.

Examples of Unit Contract Quantity in a sentence

  • Seller retains the right to sell any Product from a Unit in excess of its Unit Contract Quantity.

  • Seller shall, or cause each Unit’s SC to, submit to Buyer, a schedule of proposed Planned Outages for the Unit Contract Quantity, if any, that will occur during the Delivery Period, (“Planned Outage Schedule”), on each of the following dates during the Contract Term (i) the Confirmation Effective Date, (ii) thirty (30) days before the applicable year-ahead Compliance Showings, and (iii) no later than January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1 of each calendar year.

  • In such an event, the Unit Contract Quantity for such Unit shall be reduced by the product of (i) the difference in the Unit NQC as specified in Appendix A and the then current Unit NQC and (ii) the applicable Prorated Percentage of Unit Factor for such Unit.

  • Subject to Buyer’s request under Section 3.9(a), and except to the extent any Unit is in an Outage, Seller shall, or cause each Unit’s SC to, bid and/or schedule with, or make available to, the CAISO the Unit Contract Quantity for each Unit in compliance with the Tariff, and shall, or cause each Unit’s SC, owner, or operator, as applicable, to perform all obligations under the Tariff that are associated with the sale and delivery of Product hereunder.

  • If a Unit is scheduled for a Planned Outage for the applicable Showing Month, the Unit Contract Quantity for the Unit shall be reduced by the product of (i) the unavailable capacity and (ii) the applicable Prorated Percentage of Unit Factor for such Unit.

  • No later than five (5) Business Days before the relevant deadline for each Compliance Showing, Buyer may request that Seller not, or cause each Unit’s SC not to, list a portion or all of a Unit’s applicable Unit Contract Quantity on the Supply Plan.

  • The amount of Unit Contract Quantity that is the subject of such a request shall be known as “Substitute Capacity” and, for purposes of calculating a Monthly Payment pursuant to Section 4.1, such Substitute Capacity shall be deemed as Unit Quantity provided consistent with Section 3.6.

  • Within twenty (20) Business Days after its receipt of a Planned Outage Schedule, Buyer shall notify Seller in writing of any reasonable request for changes to the Planned Outage Schedule, and Seller shall, to the extent consistent with Good Utility Practices, accommodate Xxxxx's requests regarding the timing of any Planned Outage for the Unit Contract Quantity.

  • Within twenty (20) Business Days after its receipt of a Planned Outage Schedule, Buyer shall Notify Seller of any reasonable request for changes to the Planned Outage Schedule, and Seller shall, to the extent consistent with Good Utility Practices, accommodate Buyer's requests regarding the timing of any Planned Outage for the Unit Contract Quantity.

  • No later than five (5) Business Days before the relevant deadline for each applicable Compliance Showing, Buyer may (i) request, subject to Seller’s reasonable approval, that Seller not, or cause each Unit’s SC not to, list a portion or all of a Unit’s applicable Unit Contract Quantity on the Supply Plan or (ii) notify Seller that a portion or all of the Unit Contract Quantity of a Unit will be included in an applicable Compliance Showing as RA Substitute Capacity.


More Definitions of Unit Contract Quantity

Unit Contract Quantity means the amount of Resource Adequacy Benefits to be provided to Buyer from the unit in the form of Replacement RA, not to exceed the Guaranteed RA Capacity.

Related to Unit Contract Quantity

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Delivered Energy expected to be delivered by Seller during each Contract Year as set forth in the Cover Sheet.

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Ethanol means a high octane gasoline blend stock that is used to make various grades of gasoline.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Ethanol blended gasoline means the same as defined in section 214A.1.

  • Gas supply service means the provision to customers of the

  • Feedstock means any controlled substance or new substance that undergoes chemical transformation in a process in which it is entirely converted from its original composition and whose emissions are insignificant,

  • Contract Quarter means a three-month period that commences on January 1, April 1, July 1 or October 1 and ends on March 31, June 30, September 30, or December 31, respectively.

  • Harvest batch means a specifically identified quantity of dried flower or trim, leaves, and other cannabis plant matter that is uniform in strain, harvested at the same time, and, if applicable, cultivated using the same pesticides and other agricultural chemicals, and harvested at the same time.

  • Production Unit means a facility for generation of electricity made up of a single generation unit or of an aggregation of generation units;

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • Limited Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2017/2018 Delivery Year, a difference between the clearing price for Limited Demand Resources and the clearing price for Extended Summer Demand Resources and Annual Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Extended Summer Demand Resources or Annual Resources out of merit order when the Limited Resource Constraint is binding.

  • Throughput means the measure of production, or factor related to production, used to determine the relationship between the amount of energy used by the target unit and the levels of activity of the target unit, as set out in Schedule 6 to an underlying agreement; “the Tribunal” means the First-tier Tribunal established under the Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx xxx Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxx 00000;

  • Contract Sales Price means the total consideration received by the Company for the sale of an Investment.

  • Destination Point means the delivery point(s) on Carrier’s System where Product is delivered to Shipper, as such points are specified in Section III of this tariff.
