Prorationed Capacity definition

Prorationed Capacity shall have the meaning set forth in Section VII.A.

Examples of Prorationed Capacity in a sentence

  • Carrier shall use reasonable efforts to notify each Shipper entitled to an allocation of Prorationed Capacity of the amount of its allocation no later than the first working day of the Month for which the allocation is made.

  • A Shipper may not use an affiliated or cooperating entity to obtain an increased allocation of Prorationed Capacity or, in the case of a Regular Shipper, seek New Shipper status in order to pool two or more allocations to the benefit of the Shipper.

  • Prorationed Capacity shall be divided between New Shippers as a class and Regular Shippers as a class.

  • Each Regular Shipper shall be allocated a fraction of the remaining Prorationed Capacity available to all Regular Shippers, as defined in Section 2.6, for the Proration Month.

  • After the allocation for New Shippers as provided in paragraphs 2.4 and 2.5, all remaining Prorationed Capacity shall be available to Regular Shippers that have Nominated volumes for the Proration Month.

  • Such Shipper Obligation arises despite Shipper’s failure to deliver to Operator the entirety of its Prorationed Capacity during the Proration Month in which Operator’s System is prorated, unless such failure has been caused by Force Majeure as substantiated in a manner satisfactory to the Operator, in which case Shipper will not be responsible for the portion of undelivered Prorationed Capacity caused by Force Majeure.

  • Any remaining Prorationed Capacity not allocated through the application of paragraphs, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, and 2.7 shall be allocated pro rata among Shippers having unmet Nominations according to the following priority until the remaining Prorationed Capacity is fully allocated or all of the remaining Nominations have been fulfilled: First to Regular Shippers and second to New Shippers.

  • The amount of any such reduction shall be treated as unused allocated Prorationed Capacity and shall be reallocated among other Shippers in accordance with the rules in paragraph 2.9. (b) Reduction of a Shipper’s allocation for failure to use its allocated capacity during a prior Proration Month may be waived, in whole or in part if Carrier determines, in its sole discretion, that the Shipper’s failure to use all or some of its allocated capacity was due to factors beyond the Shipper’s reasonable control.

  • If during a Proration Month, a Shipper fails to use all of its allocation of Prorationed Capacity, such unused allocation shall be made available first to Regular Shippers and second to New Shippers.

  • Not more than ten (10) percent of the total available Prorationed Capacity of Carrier’s system shall be made available to New Shippers in the Proration Month.

Related to Prorationed Capacity

  • Installed Capacity or 'IC’ means the summation of the name plate capacities of all the units of the generating station or the capacity of the generating station (reckoned at the generator terminals), approved by the Commission from time to time;

  • Licensed capacity means the number of children the Department has determined the day care home can care for at any one time in addition to any children living in the home who are under the age of 12 years. Children age 12 and over on the premises are not considered in determining licensed capacity.

  • Unforced Capacity shall have the meaning specified in the Reliability Assurance Agreement.

  • Contracted Capacity means the capacity (in MW AC) contracted with MSEDCL for supply by the successful bidder at the Delivery Point from the Solar Power Project.

  • Rated Capacity means the Average Daily Flow for which the Works are approved to handle;

  • Bid Capacity meanss capacity offered by the bidder in his Bid under invitation.

  • Idle capacity means the unused capacity of partially used facilities. It is the difference between: (a) that which a facility could achieve under 100 percent operating time on a one-shift basis less operating interruptions resulting from time lost for repairs, setups, unsatisfactory materials, and other normal delays; and (b) the extent to which the facility was actually used to meet demands during the accounting period. A multi-shift basis should be used if it can be shown that this amount of usage would normally be expected for the type of facility involved.

  • Reserved Capacity means the maximum amount of capacity and energy that the Transmission Provider agrees to transmit for the Transmission Customer over the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System between the Point(s) of Receipt and the Point(s) of Delivery under Tariff, Part II. Reserved Capacity shall be expressed in terms of whole megawatts on a sixty (60) minute interval (commencing on the clock hour) basis.

  • indemnified capacity means any and all past, present and future service by an indemnified representative in one or more capacities as a director, officer, employee or agent of the corporation, or, at the request of the corporation, as a director, officer, employee, agent, fiduciary or trustee of another corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other entity or enterprise;

  • Available Capacity means the capacity from the Project, expressed in whole megawatts, that is available to generate Product. [For As-Available Product facilities only]

  • Committed Capacity means that portion of the Capacity that is required to meet the Capacity Entitlements of Access Holders;

  • Excess Capacity means volume or capacity in a duct, conduit, or support structure other than a utility pole or anchor which can be used, pursuant to the orders and regulations of the Commission, for a pole attachment.

  • Storage Capacity means any combination of space, injectability and deliverability.

  • Project Capacity means the AC capacity of the project at the generating terminal(s) and to be contracted with MSEDCL for supply from the Solar Power Project.

  • New Capacity means a new Generator, a substantial addition to the capacity of an existing Generator, or the reactivation of all or a portion of a Generator that has been out of service for five years or more that commences commercial service after the effective date of this definition. For purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Offer Floor” for a Mitigated Capacity Zone Installed Capacity Supplier that is not a Special Case Resource shall mean the lesser of (i) a numerical value equal to 75% of the Mitigation Net CONE translated into a seasonally adjusted monthly UCAP value (“Mitigation Net CONE Offer Floor”), or (ii) the numerical value that is the first year value of the Unit Net CONE determined as specified in Section 23.4.5.7, translated into a seasonally adjusted monthly UCAP value using an appropriate class outage rate, (“Unit Net CONE Offer Floor”). The Offer Floor for a Mitigated Capacity Zone Installed Capacity Supplier that is a Special Case Resource shall mean a numerical value determined as specified in Section 23.4.5.7.5. The Offer Floor for Additional CRIS MW shall mean a numerical value determined as specified in Section 23.4.5.7.6. For the purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Non-Qualifying Entry Sponsors” shall mean a Transmission Owner, Public Power Entity, or any other entity with a Transmission District in the NYCA, or an agency or instrumentality of New York State or a political subdivision thereof.

  • RA Capacity means the maximum megawatt amount that the CAISO recognizes from a Project that qualifies for Buyer’s Resource Adequacy Requirements and is associated with the Project’s Capacity Attributes.

  • System Capacity means the operational capacity of the System at any applicable point in time.

  • Nominal Capacity means the volume indicated by the manufacturer that represents the maximum recommended filling level.

  • Contract Capacity has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(f).

  • Interruptible Capacity means capacity that may be interrupted by the Operator at any time in order to fulfil shippers’ nominations under a firm capacity reservation.

  • Daily Unforced Capacity Obligation means the capacity obligation of a Load Serving Entity during the Delivery Year, determined in accordance with Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 8, or, as to an FRR entity, in Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 8.1. Day-ahead Congestion Price: “Day-ahead Congestion Price” shall mean the Congestion Price resulting from the Day-ahead Energy Market. Day-ahead Energy Market:

  • Final RTO Unforced Capacity Obligation means the capacity obligation for the PJM Region, determined in accordance with RAA, Schedule 8. Financial Close:

  • Maximum Capacity or ‘Pmax’ means the maximum continuous active power which a power-generating module can produce, less any demand associated solely with facilitating the operation of that power-generating module and not fed into the network as specified in the connection agreement or as agreed between the relevant system operator and the power-generating facility owner;

  • Design capacity means the volume of a containment feature at a discharging facility that accommodates all permitted flows and meets all Aquifer Protection Permit conditions, including allowances for appropriate peaking and safety factors to ensure sustained, reliable operation.

  • Available RP Capacity Amount means the amount of Restricted Payments that may be made at the time of determination pursuant to Sections 6.04(a)(ii)(D), (a)(vii) and (a)(x) minus the aggregate amount of the Available RP Capacity Amount utilized by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary to (a) make Investments pursuant to Section 6.06(q)(ii), (b) make Restricted Debt Payments pursuant to Section 6.04(b)(iv)(B) or (c) incur Indebtedness pursuant to Section 6.01(ll).

  • Local Capacity Area has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
