Intended Recipient means any person or party to whom any Messages are intended by the sender to be sent through or incidental to any of the Tradelink Services.
Designated recipient means a person chosen by a user using an online tool to administer digital assets of the user.
Sub-Recipient means a partner, joint venturer, director, employee, agent and subcontractors of a Recipient to whom a Recipient must disclose Confidential Information.
Permitted Recipients means the parties to this agreement, the employees of each party and any third parties engaged to perform obligations in connection with this Agreement;
Qualified recipient means a person certified by a qualified organization as meeting all of the following qualifications:
unintended recipient means the recipient of funds as a result of a mistaken internet payment
Service Recipient means, with respect to a Participant holding a given Award, the member of the Company Group by which the original recipient of such Award is, or following a Termination was most recently, principally employed or to which such original recipient provides, or following a Termination was most recently providing, services, as applicable.
Nominated Recipient means a person appointed by You to receive particular FIT Payments and recorded as such on the Central FiT Register;
Company Personal Data means any Personal Data Processed by a Contracted Processor on behalf of Company pursuant to or in connection with the Principal Agreement;
Prime Recipient means a Colorado State agency or institution of higher education that receives an Award.
Company Personnel means any current or former officer, employee, director or consultant of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Employer Group means the Corporation and any Parent or Subsidiary and any other corporation or business controlled by, controlling or under common control with, the Corporation, as determined in accordance with Sections 414(b) and (c) of the Code and the Treasury Regulations thereunder, except that in applying Sections 1563(1), (2) and (3) of the Code for purposes of determining the controlled group of corporations under Section 414(b), the phrase “at least 50 percent” shall be used instead of “at least 80 percent” each place the latter phrase appears in such sections and in applying Section 1.414(c)-2 of the Treasury Regulations for purposes of determining trades or businesses that are under common control for purposes of Section 414(c), the phrase “at least 50 percent” shall be used instead of “at least 80 percent” each place the latter phrase appears in Section 1.4.14(c)-2 of the Treasury Regulations. Any such determination as to Separation from Service, however, shall be made in accordance with the applicable standards of the Treasury Regulations issued under Section 409A of the Code.
Information Recipient has the meaning stated in Section 4.9(a).
close business associate means an individual who has had sufficient prior business dealings with the director, senior officer or control person to be in a position to assess the capabilities and trustworthiness of the director, senior officer or control person.
Client Personal Data means any personal data provided to us by you, or on your behalf, for the purpose of providing our services to you, pursuant to our engagement letter with you;
Participating Company Group means, at any point in time, all corporations collectively which are then Participating Companies.
Serious offense means any of the following felonies or a felony attempt to commit any of the following felonies, as now existing or hereafter amended:
serious offence means: (a) a crime or offence involving the death of a person; (b) a sex-related offence or a crime, including sexual assault (whether against an adult or child); child pornography, or an indecent act involving a child; (c) fraud, money laundering, insider dealing or any other financial offence or crime, including those under legislation relating to companies, banking, insurance or other financial services; or (d) an attempt to commit a crime or offence described in (a) to (c);
The Consultant s Personnel’ means any person instructed pursuant to this Contract to undertake any of the Consultant’s obligations under this Contract, including the Consultant’s employees, agents and sub-consultants.
Information Recipients has the meaning stated in Section 4.9(a).
Grant Recipient means the national government or a national government entity authorised to control or spend money under this Act or an incorporated or unincorporated body not otherwise authorised to control or spend money under this Act;
Company Group means the Company and its Subsidiaries.
Accenture Personal Data means personal data owned, licensed, or otherwise controlled or processed by Accenture including personal data processed by Accenture on behalf of its clients. “Accenture Data” means all information, data and intellectual property of Accenture or its clients or other suppliers, collected, stored, hosted, processed, received and/or generated by Supplier in connection with providing the Deliverables to Accenture, including Accenture Personal Data.
Sensitive Personal Information or “SPI” means the information categories listed at Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 521.002(2).
Outside Activity means any private practice, private consulting, additional teaching or research, or other activity, compensated or uncompensated, which is not part of the employee's assigned duties and for which the University has provided no compensation.
Improper Conduct means conduct which offers any obstruction to the deliberations of proper action of Council.
