Prosecution Contact definition

Prosecution Contact means a Party’s designated patent attorney or agent identified in a notice to the other Party (as may be updated from time to time) as its contact for communications between the Parties regarding the Prosecuting of any Arrowhead Patent Rights.

  • Prosecution or “Prosecute” means the filing, preparation, prosecution and maintenance of Patents, including any and all pre-grant proceedings before any patent authority, such as interferences.
