Protected Habitat definition

Protected Habitat means an area of occupied functional habitat that is preserved from permanent disturbance through a conservation easement for at least 20 years and is maintained to meet the definition of functional habitat or corridor for the length of the easement.
Protected Habitat means the habitat of a wild creature or a plant to which an Order made under Article 11(1)(a) or (b) has reference;4
