Protected Weekly Season Ticket definition

Protected Weekly Season Ticket means a Weekly Season Ticket for any Flow for which there was a weekly season ticket in the fares manuals and systems of the RSP in February 2003 and in respect of which the Franchisee is entitled or obliged, from time to time, to set the Price or Child Price of under the Ticketing and Settlement Agreement except to the extent that a Weekly Season Ticket for any such Flow is a Commuter Fare;
Protected Weekly Season Ticket means a Weekly Season Ticket for any Flow for which there was a weekly season ticket in the fares manuals and systems of the RSP in February 2003 and which the Franchisee is entitled to set the Price or Child Price of under the Ticketing and Settlement Agreement except to the extent that a Weekly Season Ticket for any such Flow is a PTE Fare; PTE Fare means a GMPTE Fare, an MPTE Fare, a SYPTE Fare, a T&WPTE Fare or a WYPTE Fare (as applicable); PTE Fares Document means GMPTE Fares Document, MPTE Fares Document, SYPTE Fares Document, T&WPTE Fares Document or WYPTE Fares Document (as applicable);

Related to Protected Weekly Season Ticket

  • Season Ticket means a season ticket booklet (and all or any component vouchers therein) or any season ticket smartcard (and/or any rights arising out of or in connection with any of the foregoing) for admission to Matches.

  • Expected week of childbirth means the week, starting on a Sunday, during which the mother's doctor or midwife expects her to give birth.

  • Rebalance Business Day means any day which is a, Exchange Business Day and also a day on which commercial banks and foreign exchange markets settle payment in the country in which the relevant Reference Asset is admitted to trading or any other day designated as a Rebalance Business Day by the Issuer.

  • Market Measure Business Day means a day on which:

  • Periodic Term SOFR Determination Day has the meaning specified in the definition of “Term SOFR”.

  • Health status-related factor means any of the following factors:

  • USGS Business Day means any day except for a Saturday, Sunday or a day on which the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association or any successor thereto (“SIFMA”) recommends that the fixed income departments of its members be closed for the entire day for purposes of trading in U.S. government securities.

  • Developed with mixed funding means development was accomplished partially with costs charged to indirect cost pools and/or costs not allocated to a government contract, and partially with costs charged directly to a government contract.

  • Liquid-mounted seal means a primary seal mounted in continuous contact with the liquid between the tank wall and the floating roof around the circumference of the tank.

  • Established catalog price means the price included in a catalog, price list, schedule, or other form that:

  • Certified Minority Business Enterprise means a business which has been certified by the certifying organization or jurisdiction in accordance with s. 287.0943(1) and (2).

  • Units serving lower income households means units that are occupied by lower income households at an affordable rent, as defined in section 50053 of the Health and Safety Code or, to the extent that the terms of federal, state, or local financing or financial assistance conflicts with section 50053, rents that do not exceed those prescribed by the terms of the financing or financial assistance. Effective October 13, 2017, pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 214(g)(2)(A)(iii), a unit in a property that receives federal low income housing tax credits shall continue to be treated as occupied by a lower income household if the occupants were lower income households on the lien date in the fiscal year in which their occupancy of the unit commenced and the unit continues to be rent restricted, notwithstanding an increase in the income of the occupants of the unit to 140 percent of area median income (AMI), adjusted for family size (“over-income” tenants). Units reserved for lower income households at an affordable rent that are temporarily vacant due to tenant turnover or repairs shall be counted as occupied.

  • Playing Season means the period between the date on which the first competitive fixture in the Competition is played each year until the date on which the last competitive fixture in the Competition is played.

  • Related Financial Product means any financial product which references directly or indirectly the Preference Shares.

  • School business day means any calendar day except Saturdays, Sundays, and any federal and school holidays upon which the office of the Superintendent is open to the public for business. A school business day concludes or terminates upon the closure of the Superintendent’s office for the calendar day.

  • designated sporting event generally means any association football match, whether national or international. The full legal definition of the different classes of designated sporting events may be found in the Sports Grounds and Sporting Events (Designation) (Amendment) Order 2011, under Article 2(1) and 2(2) of Schedule 2.

  • long term specified asset means any bond, redeemable after three years and issued on or after the 1st day of April 2006:

  • Total Open-End Mutual Fund Average Net Assets means the average of all of the determinations of the aggregate net assets of all open-end funds sponsored by Xxxxxx Management (excluding the net assets of such funds investing in, or invested in by, other such funds, such as Xxxxxx RetirementReady® Funds and Xxxxxx Money Market Liquidity Fund, to the extent necessary to avoid "double-counting" of such net assets) at the close of business on each business day during each month while the Management Contract is in effect.

  • Mixed beverage or "mixed alcoholic beverage" means a drink composed in whole or in part of

  • Three-Month Secondary CD Rate means, for any day, the secondary market rate for three-month certificates of deposit reported as being in effect on such day (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next preceding Business Day) by the Board through the public information telephone line of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (which rate will, under the current practices of the Board, be published in Federal Reserve Statistical Release H.15(519) during the week following such day) or, if such rate is not so reported on such day or such next preceding Business Day, the average of the secondary market quotations for three-month certificates of deposit of major money center banks in New York City received at approximately 10:00 a.m., New York City time, on such day (or, if such day is not a Business Day, on the next preceding Business Day) by the Administrative Agent from three negotiable certificate of deposit dealers of recognized standing selected by it.

  • Ozone season means the period of time beginning May 1 of a year and ending on September 30 of the same year, inclusive.

  • Stinger-steered automobile or watercraft transporter means an automobile or watercraft transporter

  • Exchange Business Day means any Scheduled Trading Day on which the Exchange and each Related Exchange are open for trading during their respective regular trading sessions, notwithstanding any such Exchange or Related Exchange closing prior to its Scheduled Closing Time.

  • Peak Season means the weeks containing the 24th through 36th Wednesdays of the calendar year. Each such week shall begin on a Monday and end on the following Sunday, except for the week containing the 36th Wednesday, which shall end on the following Friday.

  • Travel Time is the time an Interpreter uses to commute to and from an Appointment. Travel time, if more than one (1) hour each way, is added to the total time of the initial Appointment request. See “Payment for Services, Travel Reimbursement” in Exhibit C – Bid Price for additional information.
