Provider Representatives definition

Provider Representatives has the meaning specified in Section 2.5(c).
Provider Representatives means the person or persons identified as such by the Provider, and any additional or replacement persons that may be appointed by the Provider giving to the Customer written notice of the appointment;
Provider Representatives is defined in Section 3.7(b) of the Indenture.

  • Where the Solutions include the Processing by Provider Representatives, Subcontractors, or Subprocessors of NetWitness Data on behalf of NetWitness and any of its applicable Affiliates, each such Affiliate is intended to be a third-party beneficiary and may enforce the terms of this DPA as a third-party beneficiary against Provider in respect of such Affiliate’s own NetWitness Data, as if such Affiliate were a party to this DPA and/or any Provider Agreements.
