Provisioning Data definition

Provisioning Data means the documentation provided by Boeing to Customer, including but not limited to the Recommended Spare Parts List (RSPL), identifying all Boeing initial provisioning requirements for the Aircraft.
Provisioning Data means any data generated from the use of Upsolver's platform, which excludes Customer’s Data (e.g., error logs, usage statistics, billing information, objects created in Upsolver's platform etc.).
Provisioning Data means the documentation provided by Boeing to Customer, including but not limited to the Recommended Spare Parts List (RSPL), identifying all Boeing initial provisioning requirements for the Aircraft. “Provisioning Items” means the Spare Parts and Standards identified by Boeing as initial provisioning requirements in support of the Aircraft, excluding special tools, ground support equipment (GSE) quick engine change (QEC) kits, engines and engine parts.

  • Customer acknowledges that it is the controller of such Log Data and Provisioning Data, and agrees that it is will take all necessary measures to ensure that it, and all of its employees, are aware that their Personal Information may be processed as part of the Service(s) and that they have given their consent to such processing as well as complied with their responsibilities as data controller or data subjects, as applicable, in accordance with applicable laws and/or regulations.

  • Customer understands and agrees that Symantec has no control or influence over the content of the Log Data processed by Symantec and that Symantec performs the Service(s) on behalf of Customer and that Symantec will only process the Personal Information provided by Customer in both Log Data and Provisioning Data accordance with the instructions of Customer, provided that such instructions are not incompatible with the terms of the Agreement.

  • By authorizing incremental submission, the Provisioning Data Products for the stable aspects of the system can be processed while waiting for the remainder of the system to mature.

  • Address all correspondence, Provisioning Data Products, Engineering Data for Provisioning (EDFP) documentation, etc., pertaining to spare/repair parts provisioning and related data items to the PPA.

  • Customer understands and agrees that CA has no control or influence over the content of the Log Data processed by CA and that CA performs the Service(s) on behalf of Customer and that CA will only process the Personal Information provided by Customer in both Log Data and Provisioning Data accordance with the instructions of Customer, provided that such instructions are not incompatible with the terms of the Agreement.

  • Provisioning Data: The following provisioning data is collected to establish services for StarLeaf video users.

  • The inclusion of the requirement for such data on contractor’s subcontracts/purchase orders to its vendor/subcontractors does not relieve the prime contractor of its obligation to insure timely delivery of the required Provisioning Data Products and EDFP.

  • Incremental submission of Provisioning Data Products is / is not authorized.

  • LSR Orders: From the LSR Provisioning Data Mart, those records which are not globally excluded and meet the criteria for a reportable sub-metric (see below) and product disaggregation (see the product code table at the end of the LSR Provisioning Data Mart section above), will be counted to obtain the PR-1 denominators.


More Definitions of Provisioning Data

Provisioning Data has the meaning set out in Clause 5.2.2 of Appendix 3.
Provisioning Data means data regarding a Depositor (including limits imposed by CCS on the Depositor’s use of the Deposit On-the-go Service and the Depositor’s deposit accounts, if applicable) submitted on a periodic basis or in real time by CCS to the systems of Central 1 in connection with the Deposit On-the-go Service; and (iv) “Use” means any and all forms and methods of use, including to copy, reproduce, load, install, access, configure, reformat, modify, adapt, alter, edit, change, delete, enhance, translate, host, store, backup, archive, combine with and incorporate into other works, create derivate works from, print to paper format, and display, distribute and communicate.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order:

  • Technical Specifications means the detailed requirements for the Work furnished by the Architect and set forth in Book 3 of the Contract Documents.

  • Operations Manual means a manual containing procedures, instructions and guidance for use by operational personnel in the execution of their duties;

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Module means specific portion of the Application Software designated as such in the Documentation made available to the Customer under the Notification Form.

  • SFDR means Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2019 on sustainability‐related disclosures in the financial services sector;

  • Service Description means pre-defined descriptions of services found at http://www.sap.com/servicedescriptions current as of the effective date of the Order Form which in conjunction with a Scope Document (if any) defines the Services to be provided and becomes part of the Order Form.

  • Interoperability means the ability of a CenturyLink OSS Function to process seamlessly (i.e., without any manual intervention) business transactions with CLEC's OSS application, and vice versa, by means of secure exchange of transaction data models that use data fields and usage rules that can be received and processed by the other Party to achieve the intended OSS Function and related response.
