Recommended Spare Parts List. The Contractor shall provide a proposed spare parts list within 120 days of issuance of the initial delivery order. The list shall be in contractor format. It shall include a listing of spare items the contractor feels will be required to support a TWPS systems for one year following its initial fielding. The recommend spare parts list shall be formatted and delivered in accordance with DID-ALSS-81529 referenced below. The list shall contain, as a minimum, the following information:

Recommended Spare Parts List. The Contractor shall submit a recommended spare parts list as part of the Conceptual Design Review (the " Recommended Spare Parts List"). The provisioning plan (i) shall stipulate the processes that the Contractor will employ to ensure sufficient spare parts are on-hand for performing the preventive maintenance and the warranty requirements on the Equipment; (ii) emphasize the measures from a spare parts perspective for keeping the Equipment available for revenue service; (iii) describe the process that will enable the Authority to establish an inventory of spare parts for the Equipment delivered under this Contract; and (iv) reference a list of recommended spare parts that will be developed throughout the Equipment design phases.
Recommended Spare Parts List. Buyer will store the items listed in Exhibit B of Part C of the Agreement (the “Recommended Spare Parts”) at the Site prior to the Commencement Date, in order to enable Contractor to perform its obligations under the Part C of the Agreement. Buyer will be in charge of the custody, safeguard and maintenance of the Recommended Spare Parts stored at the Site. The Seller shall promptly restore them as such items are used by Contractor pursuant to the Part C of the Agreement in connection with corrective maintenance covered by the Sale Warranties. The Recommended Spare Parts remain the property of the Seller until the exercise of the Option set forth in Article 3.1 of this Part A of the Agreement. Seller shall not be held responsible under any of the Warranties to the extent a warranty claim or a failure by Seller to fulfil its warranty obligations is caused by a failure by the Buyer to store at the Site, custody the items included in the Recommended Spare Parts in accordance with this Article 5.1. 5.1. Recommended Spare Parts List. (“RSPL”):Upon Buyer's request, Embraer shall present to Buyer a recommended Spare provisioning list (the "RSPL"). The objective of the RSPL is to provide Buyer with a detailed list of Spares that will be necessary to support the initial operation and maintenance of the Aircraft by Buyer. Such recommendation will be based on the experience of Embraer and on the operational parameters established by Buyer. Embraer will provide a qualified team to attend pre-provisioning conferences, as necessary, to discuss Buyer requirements and the RSPL as well as any available spare parts support programs offered by Embraer. Such meeting shall be held at a mutually agreed upon place and time, [*] prior to the Contractual Delivery Date of the first Firm Aircraft. Buyer may elect to acquire all the items contained in the RSPL or to combine a partial acquisition of the RSPL items with a participation in the special spare parts support programs, available from Embraer. Buyer may acquire the items contained in the RSPL directly from Embraer (the "IP Spares") or directly from Embraer's vendors.   • Name Collision Report Handling 6.3.1 During the first two years after delegation of the TLD, Registry Operator’s emergency operations department shall be available to receive reports, relayed by ICANN, alleging demonstrably severe harm from collisions with overlapping use of the names outside of the authoritative DNS. 6.3.2 Registry Operator shall develop an internal process for handling in an expedited manner reports received pursuant to subsection 6.3.1 under which Registry Operator may, to the extent necessary and appropriate, remove a recently activated name from the TLD zone for a period of up to two years in order to allow the affected party to make changes to its systems.

  • CONTRACTOR NAME CHANGE An amendment is required to change the Contractor's name as listed on this Agreement. Upon receipt of legal documentation of the name change the State will process the amendment. Payment of invoices presented with a new name cannot be paid prior to approval of said amendment.

  • Required Procurement Procedures for Obtaining Goods and Services The Grantee shall provide maximum open competition when procuring goods and services related to the grant- assisted project in accordance with Section 287.057, Florida Statutes.

  • Spares The Contractor shall ensure that the Contractor’s operational base at the Site is at all times stocked with spare parts for the Contractor's Equipment that meet the requirements of the Contract, together with all necessary or desirable packing and marking for that purpose and that such spare parts are sufficient to ensure that the Work /services can continue in the event of failure of the Contractor’s Equipment.

  • Recovery Schedule If the initial schedule or any current updates fail to reflect the Work’s actual plan or method of operation, or a contractual milestone date is more than fifteen (15) days behind, Owner may require that a recovery schedule for completion of the remaining Work be submitted. The Recovery Schedule must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of Owner’s request. The Recovery Schedule shall describe in detail Construction Contractor’s plan to complete the remaining Work by the required Contract milestone date. The Recovery Schedule submitted shall meet the same requirements as the original Construction Schedule. The narrative submitted with the Recovery Schedule should describe in detail all changes that have been made to meet the Contract milestone dates.
