Prudential Shelf Agreement definition

Prudential Shelf Agreement means that certain Second Amended and Restated Private Shelf Agreement dated December 10, 2004 between The Prudential Insurance Company of America, Inc, the Borrower and the purchasers named therein.
Prudential Shelf Agreement means that certain Third Amended and Restated Multicurrency Private Shelf Agreement, dated October 20, 2021, by and among the Company, PGIM, Inc., The Prudential Insurance Company of America and the other purchasers from time to time party thereto, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Prudential Shelf Agreement is defined in clause (b) of the definition of Material Credit Facility hereto.
