Note A-1 PSA definition

Note A-1 PSA means the pooling and servicing agreement or other comparable agreement entered into in connection with the Note A-1 Securitization.
Note A-1 PSA shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.
Note A-1 PSA means the JPMDB 2017-C7 PSA.

  • To the extent that the Owned Note is Note A-1, the SGFC Entity shall be entitled to designate one of the New Notes to be treated as Note A-1 for purposes of the determining the Controlling Note Holder, Lead Securitization, Lead Securitization Note, Note A-1 PSA, Note A-1 Securitization and Note A-1 Securitization Date hereunder.
