Examples of Note A-7 PSA in a sentence

  • On and after the Note A-7 Securitization Date, Note A-7 shall be held in the name of the trustee (and held by a duly appointed custodian therefor) under the Note A-7 PSA, on behalf of the Note A-7 Holder.

  • The Lead Servicer, each Non-Lead Master Servicer and any Trustee will be entitled to interest on any Advance made in the manner and from the sources provided in the C4 PSA, the Note A-2 PSA, the Note A-3 PSA, the Note A-6 PSA, the Note A-7 PSA or the Note A-8 PSA, as applicable.

Related to Note A-7 PSA

  • Note A-5 PSA means the “pooling and servicing agreement” entered into in connection with the Note A-5 Securitization.

  • Note A-6 PSA means the “pooling and servicing agreement” entered into in connection with the Note A-6 Securitization.

  • Note A-4 PSA means the “pooling and servicing agreement” entered into in connection with the Note A-4 Securitization.

  • Note A-3 PSA means the “pooling and servicing agreement” entered into in connection with the Note A-3 Securitization.

  • Note A-7 shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Note A-2 PSA means the “pooling and servicing agreement” entered into in connection with the Note A-2 Securitization.

  • Note A-2-2 shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Note A-2-1 shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Note A-6 shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Note A-5 shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Note A-1 PSA means the pooling and servicing agreement or other comparable agreement entered into in connection with the Note A-1 Securitization.

  • Note A-2 Securitization means the first sale by the Note A-2 Holder of all or a portion of Note A-2 to a depositor who will in turn include such portion of Note A-2 as part of the securitization of one or more mortgage loans.

  • Note A-2 shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Note A-5 Securitization means the first sale by the Note A-5 Holder of all or a portion of Note A-5 to a depositor who will in turn include such portion of Note A-5 as part of the securitization of one or more mortgage loans.

  • Note A-7 Holder means the Initial Note A-7 Holder or any subsequent holder of Note A-7, as applicable.
