of a Member means the salary corresponding in any given year to a full-time appointment at the member's rank and step, as set out for that year in Schedule A.
A Member means a companion, fellow, member, honorary member, associate or affiliate of the Society

Public research university means Rutgers, The State University
JV Entity means any joint venture of the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary that is not a Subsidiary.
Strategic Partner means (i) a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company with book equity of at least U.S. $200,000,000, (ii) a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company with sales of at least U.S. $150,000,000, or (iii) a publicly traded, or division or subdivision of a publicly traded, pharmaceutical or biotechnology company with market capitalization in excess of U.S. $200,000,000.
PSC means the New York State Public Service Commission.
network licence means the network licence, as the same is amended from time to time, granted to Network Rail Infrastructure Limited by the Secretary of State in exercise of their powers under section 8 (licences) of the Railways Act 1993;
Collaboration Technology means all Collaboration Patents and Collaboration Know-How.
Shareholder Associated Person of any Shareholder means (i) any person controlling, directly or indirectly, or acting in concert with, such Shareholder, (ii) any beneficial owner of shares of stock of the Corporation owned of record or beneficially by such Shareholder, and (iii) any person controlling, controlled by or under common control with such Shareholder Associated Person.
Sub-License means the sub-licensing of any space in the Station Development Assets and Project Utilities in the Station Development Project, by the Station Facility Manager to any licensee, in accordance with the Station Facility Management Agreement;
SoftBank means SoftBank Group Corp.
License holder means an individual, corporation, partnership, governmental unit, association or any other entity to whom a license was issued under Iowa Code chapter 137C, 137D or 137F.
parent mixed financial holding company in a Member State means a mixed financial holding company which is not itself a subsidiary of an institution authorised in the same Member State, or of a financial holding company or mixed financial holding company set up in that same Member State;
Member in a Bidding Consortium/Member means each company in the Bidding Consortium;
parent financial holding company in a Member State means a financial holding company which is not itself a subsidiary of an institution authorised in the same Member State, or of a financial holding company or mixed financial holding company set up in the same Member State;
JV means Joint Ventures
Clean coal technology means any technology, including technologies applied at the precombustion, combustion, or post combustion stage, at a new or existing facility which will achieve significant reductions in air emissions of sulfur dioxide or oxides of nitrogen associated with the utilization of coal in the generation of electricity, or process steam which was not in widespread use as of November 15, 1990.
