PSU Agreement definition

PSU Agreement means a written notice from the Corporation to a Participant evidencing the grant of PSUs and the terms and conditions thereof, substantially in the form of Appendix “D”, or such other form as the Board may approve from time to time;

PSU Agreement means a written notice from the Company to a Participant evidencing the grant of PSUs and the terms and conditions thereof, in the form as the Compensation Committee may approve from time to time;

PSU Agreement means a written letter agreement between the Corporation and a Participant evidencing the grant of PSUs and the terms and conditions thereof, in such form as may be determined by the Board from time to time in accordance with Section 5.7;

• Additionally, employee acknowledges that he was not awarded and is not entitled to any “PSUs” under the Performance Share Award Agreement dated February 15, 2022 (the “PSU Agreement”) and any rights or obligations under the PSU Agreement are hereby forfeited and terminated.

More Definitions of PSU Agreement

PSU Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a Participant evidencing the grant of PSUs and the terms and conditions thereof;

PSU Agreement means an agreement between a Participant and the Corporation substantially in the form set out as Schedule C to this Plan, as amended by the Committee from time to time, specifying the terms and conditions of a PSU.

PSU Agreement means an agreement between the Corporation and an Employee or Consultant evidencing the grant of an PSU and the terms and conditions of such PSU, which shall substantially be in the form of Schedule D hereto or such other form(s) as determined by the Board, in its discretion from time to time, specifying the terms and conditions of a PSU;

PSU Agreement means a notice from the Corporation to a Participant evidencing the grant of PSUs and the terms and conditions thereof as the Board may approve from time to time;

PSU Agreement means an agreement evidencing a Performance Share Unit entered into by and between the Company and an Eligible Person, substantially in the form appended hereto at Schedule “C”;

PSU Agreement means a written confirmation or agreement, in such form(s) adopted by the Board from time to time, in physical or electronic format (including by way of an entry in any electronic incentive compensation system maintained by the Corporation or a third party service provider on its behalf), setting out the terms and conditions relating to a Performance Share Unit and entered into in accordance with Section 6.1.

PSU Agreement means an agreement between a Participant and the Corporation substantially in the form set out as Schedule A to this Plan, as amended by the Board from time to time, or in such other form as the Board may from time to time approve, specifying the terms and conditions of a PSU.
