PubCo Class A Ordinary Shares means the Class A ordinary shares of PubCo, par value US$0.0001 per share.

  • All securities issued in exchange for SPAC Securities in accordance with the terms hereof shall be deemed to have been issued in full satisfaction of all rights pertaining to such securities, provided that any restrictions on the sale and transfer of SPAC Securities shall also apply to the PubCo Class A Ordinary Shares so issued in exchange.

  • Class B Common Stock means the Class B common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.

  • Class A Shares means the Class A ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company of $0.0001 nominal or par value designated as Class A Shares, and having the rights provided for in these Articles.

  • Class C Common Stock means the Class C Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.
