Amended Pubco Charter means amended and restated memorandum and articles of association of Pubco substantially in the form set out in Exhibit F attached hereto (with such changes as may be agreed by the Company and the Purchaser prior to the Effective Time).
Amended Pubco Charter has the meaning given to such term in Section 8.6.
Examples of Amended Pubco Charter in a sentence
At or prior to the Closing, the shareholder(s) of Pubco shall have adopted the Amended Pubco Charter substantially in the form set out in Exhibit F attached hereto.
