Pubco Member definition

Pubco Member means (i) Pubco and (ii) any Subsidiary of Pubco (other than the Company and its Subsidiaries) that is or becomes a Member.

Pubco Member means (i) Pubco and (ii) any Subsidiary of Pubco (other than the Company and its Subsidiaries) that that is a Member. “Regulatory Agency” means the SEC, FINRA, the Financial Services Authority, any non-U.S. regulatory agency and any other regulatoryauthority or body (including any state or provincial securities authority and any self-regulatory organization) with jurisdiction over the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • ☐ - MULTI-MEMBER The “Capital Account” for each Member shall mean the account created and maintained for the Member in accordance with Section 704(b) of the Internal Revenue Code and Treasury Regulation Section 1.704-1(b)(2)(iv).
