Public Benefit Activities definition

Public Benefit Activities means the following activities :
Public Benefit Activities means a public benefit activity as contemplated in section 30(1) of the Income Tax Act,1962 (Act No. 58 of 1962), read with Part 1 of the Ninth Schedule thereto, or any such activities determined by the Minister of Finance by notice in the Government Gazette which are benevolent in nature, having regard to the needs, interests and well-being of the general public;

More Definitions of Public Benefit Activities

Public Benefit Activities means such activities as are from time to time defined and listed as such in the Ninth Schedule to the Income Tax Act, incorporating any such amendments or additions thereto as may be enacted or prescribed from time to time.
