Public damages means costs resulting from damage to roads and streets, sewers, water mains, other public utilities and public buildings; expenditures for emergency flood protection, evacuation and relief, rehabilitation and cleanup; losses due to interruption of utilities and transportation routes, and interruption of commerce and employment.

  • Damages means any loss, claim, damage, liability, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees and disbursements and costs and expenses of expert witnesses and investigation).

  • Indemnified Damages shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6(a).

  • Material Damage and “Materially Damaged” means damage which, in Seller’s reasonable estimation, exceeds $500,000.00 to repair or which, in Seller’s reasonable estimation, will take longer than ninety (90) days to repair.

  • Delay Liquidated Damages has the meaning set forth in Section 13.1.

  • Loss or Damage means any loss or damage to the Vehicle, including that caused by theft of the Vehicle or by adverse weather events, that requires repair or replacement including the loss of use of the Vehicle (demurrage), legal expenses, assessment fees, towing and recovery costs, storage, service charges and any appraisal fees of the Vehicle;

  • Materially Damaged means damage which, in Seller’s reasonable estimation, exceeds $500,000.00 to repair or which, in Seller’s reasonable estimation, will take longer than ninety (90) days to repair.

  • Overhead Damage means any damage to the Vehicle or to any third-party property that is caused by:
