Public Leased Premises definition

Public Leased Premises means the Public Leased Premises as such term is defined in the Public Lease.

  • If all or a portion of the Leased Premises shall be damaged or destroyed or subject to condemnation, the Borrower, with respect to the Public Leased Premises, and the Developer and the Borrower, with respect to the Garage Leased Premises, shall have certain rights and obligations to reconstruct or substitute other property for such Leased Premises, pursuant to and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in Leases.

  • TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the Public Leased Premises with all rights, privileges, easements and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the Lessee, beginning on the date of issuance of the 2024D Bonds and ending on the day prior to a date not later than twenty (20) years after the date of issuance of the 2024D Bonds.

  • In the event all or part of the Leased Premises is taken by exercise of the power of eminent domain and the Borrower with respect to the Public Leased Premises, or the Developer and the Borrower with respect to the Garage Leased Premises, fails to proceed to replace or reconstruct the Leased Premises, the net proceeds of any condemnation award shall be deposited with the Trustee and disbursed in the same manner that insurance proceeds are disbursed pursuant to Section 6.10 hereof.

  • In addition, each such reduced semi- annual installment shall be based on the value of the Public Leased Premises which are available for use by the Lessee at the time such semi-annual installment is made.

  • Each such semi-annual installment, payable as hereinafter described, shall be based on the value of the Public Leased Premises which are available for use and occupancy by the Lessee at the time such semi-annual installment is made.

  • If title to or the temporary use of the Public Leased Premises, or any part thereof, shall be taken under the exercise or the power of eminent domain by any governmental body or by any person, firm or corporation acting under governmental authority, any net proceeds received from any award made in such eminent domain proceedings (after payment of expenses incurred in such collection) shall be paid to and held by the Trustee under the 2024D Indenture.

  • The Lessee may enter into agreements with one or more other parties for the operation, maintenance, repair and alterations of all or any portion of the Public Leased Premises.

  • During the full term of this Public Lease, the Lessee shall, at its own expense, carry combined bodily injury insurance, including accidental death, and property damage insurance with reference to the Public Leased Premises in an amount not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) on account of each occurrence with one or more good and responsible insurance companies.

  • The Lessee shall not assign this Public Lease or mortgage, pledge or sublet the Public Leased Premises herein described without the written consent of the Lessor.

  • The Lessee shall contract with the other parties to use and maintain the Public Leased Premises in accordance with the laws, regulations and ordinances of the United States of America, the State of Indiana, the City and all other proper governmental authorities.

Related to Public Leased Premises

  • Leased Premises means the Leased Premises as defined in Paragraph 1.

  • the Premises means the building or part of the building booked and referred to in the contract

  • Subleased Premises means all that portion of the Leased Premises referred to as airport lot as outlined on the site diagram attached as Schedule "A" to this Sublease; and

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

  • Licensed premises or “premises” means all rooms, enclosures, contiguous areas, or places susceptible of precise description satisfactory to the administrator where alcoholic beverages, wine, or beer is sold or consumed under authority of a liquor control license, wine permit, or beer permit. A single licensed premises may consist of multiple rooms, enclosures, areas, or places if they are wholly within the confines of a single building or contiguous grounds.

  • Public lands ’ means (A) all lands under the cus- tody and control of the Secretary of the Interior and the Secretary of Agriculture, except Indian lands, (B) lands under the custody and control of the Tennessee Valley Authority that are situated in western Ken- tucky and Tennessee and are designated as ‘‘Land Be- tween the Lakes,’’ and (C) lands under the custody and control of the Secretary of Defense;

  • Public land means land owned by the federal government, the state, or political subdivisions of the state and land acquired or developed for public recreation pursuant to section 321I.8.

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.

  • Geologically hazardous areas means areas that because of their susceptibility to erosion, sliding, earthquake, or other geological events, are not suited to the siting of commercial, residential, or industrial development consistent with public health or safety concerns.

  • Premises means the location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Specification.

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • Building Area means the greatest horizontal area of a building within the outside surface of the exterior walls.
