R042208)The awardee shall not assign, transfer, convey, sub-contract, sublet or otherwise dispose of all or portions of the contract (and/or work to be performed as a result of the contract) or its right, title or interest therein, or its power to execute such contract, or its responsibility therein to any other person, company or corporation, without the prior written consent of the Commissioner of Public Works and the Steuben County Public Works Committee.

REPORT DISTRIBUTIONThis report is intended for the information and use of the SCDOT Commission, SCDOT leadership, the Chairman of the Senate Transportation Committee, the Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee, the Chairman of the House of Representatives Education and Public Works Committee, and the Chairman of the House of Representatives Ways and Means Committee.
For the fiscal year ending June 30, 1975, such ratio shall be deter- mined one-half on the basis of table I of House Public Works Committee Print Numbered 93–28 and one-half on the basis of table II of such print, except that no State shall receive an al- lotment less than that which it received for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1972, as set forth in table III of such print.
It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any other governmental body except the Public Works Committee.
Hours of operation shall not be reduced below the minimum without written consent of the Public Works Committee except during any period when the Airport is closed by any lawful authority restricting the use thereof in such a manner as to interfere with the use of the same by Operator for business operation.
Given the above and pursuant to Section 12C of the Parliamentary Committees Act, 1991, the Public Works Committee reports to Parliament that it recommends the proposed public work.
Operator agrees to maintain operations during a regular schedule of hours which schedule shall be filed with and approved by the County Public Works Committee.
