Publishable Performance Information definition

Publishable Performance Information means any of the information in the Performance Monitoring Report as it relates to a Performance Indicator where it is expressed as publishable in the table in Annex 1 which shall not constitute Commercially Sensitive Information;

  • Notwithstanding any other term of this Contract, including Condition 13 (Disclosure of Information), the Contractor understands that the Authority may publish the Transparency Information and Publishable Performance Information to the general public.

  • Any dispute in connection with the preparation and/or approval of Publishable Performance Information, other than under clause 12.f, shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedure provided for in this Contract.

  • The Contractor shall assist and co-operate with the Authority as reasonably required to enable the Authority to publish the Transparency Information and Publishable Performance Information, in accordance with the principles set out above, including through compliance with the requirements relating to the preparation of Publishable Performance Information set out in clauses 12.e to 12.

Related to Publishable Performance Information

  • Service Information means information concerning the Services provided by the Contractor to the Authority in accordance with Clause 32.1 for inclusion in the Authority's catalogue and/or any Beneficiary's catalogue from time to time;

  • Transparency Information means the content of this Contract in its entirety, including from time to time agreed changes to the Contract, and details of any payments made by the Authority to the Contractor under the Contract;

  • Electronic Protected Health Information (EPHI) means Protected Health Information that is transmitted by electronic media or maintained in any medium described in the definition of electronic media at 45 CFR 160.103.

  • Program Information has the meaning set forth in Section 14.8.
